Local Collection – Livingston
Local collection is always available from our Livingston-based warehouse. If you would like to collect your order in person, please contact us via our Contact Us page to arrange a convenient time.
Delays and Service Interruptions
While we do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier scheduling, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a delay arises, we’ll contact you immediately with an update and revised delivery time.
Damages and Claims
All items are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and item.
We’ll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
