Refunds & Returns
​At Brouhaha Antiques, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, as many of our items are antique or vintage, please note that signs of age and wear are part of their character and are clearly described in listings.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and confirm whether a refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, custom orders, and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or refunded.

Items damaged by misuse or neglect after delivery are not eligible for refund.

Return Courier

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of a suitable courier service for returns, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We recommend using a courier experienced with fragile or antique items, as we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused in return transit.

Faulty or Not as Described

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange either a full refund or an exchange (where possible).
