​Where are you based?

We are based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Our storage and dispatch warehouse is located in Livingston.

Pricing & Shipping​

​Are shipping costs included in the price?

No — shipping costs are not included in the item price.
Courier costs are calculated separately and confirmed with you after purchase.

How is delivery arranged?

All deliveries are made via courier. After purchase, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Courier arranged by Brouhaha Antiques
    We are happy to organise a trusted courier on your behalf. All items are securely packaged and handled with care.

  • Customer-arranged courier
    You are welcome to arrange your own courier. Please contact us in advance with the proposed collection date, courier details, and any reference numbers.

  • Local collection
    Collection is always available from our Livingston-based warehouse. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?

Delivery is available to the UK mainland only.
Remote locations such as the Highlands and islands may be subject to additional courier charges. Any additional costs will always be confirmed before dispatch.

Do you offer UK-wide delivery?

Yes — we offer delivery across the UK mainland only.
Delivery costs are not included in the item price and are confirmed separately after purchase.

How are items delivered?

All items are delivered via courier. We work with trusted couriers for items of all sizes and ensure everything is securely packaged for safe transport.

Can you arrange the courier, or can I use my own?

Both options are available. After purchase, you may:

  • Ask us to arrange a courier on your behalf

  • Arrange your own courier and provide collection details in advance

  • Choose local collection, which is always available by appointment from our Livingston-based warehouse

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping as standard, but overseas delivery can be discussed on request.
