Wardens Notice Board – Veneered Glazed Display Case

A large glazed notice board dating from the mid-to-late 20th century, originally used as a Wardens Notice Board. The case is made from stained wood veneer in a warm mid-oak tone and fitted with a hinged glazed door. Inside, the board is lined with green felt for pinning notices and retains its original enamel header plaque reading Wardens Notice Board.
Brass hinges and fittings remain intact, showing light wear and minor age-related marks along the lower edge of the frame. Originally made for institutional or civic use, this piece now makes an attractive decorative wall feature or a practical display case for a home, studio, or retail interior.
